What's Happening at Engaging the Spirit?

I am reaching out to keep you posted on how Engaging the Spirit is reacting to the Coronavirus and maintaining the health and safety of all. I wrote this letter this morning and already had to adjust due to the changes. In following the CDC (www.cdc.gov), The Yoga Alliance, and a few other monitoring boards, it is as follows.
At this time, Engaging the Spirit continues to stay open for coaching, supervision, and hypnotherapy. Clients may choose to have your session in person or through teleconferencing.
Reiki sessions can also be done remotely.

***Belly dance classes will be put on hold until further notice.
***Per the Yoga Alliance, yoga classes will be put on hold until further notice.

As for the studio: I love spring cleaning and what a perfect time to clean and disinfect and go a little crazy!!!!
For those coming to the studio for sessions, I will have hand sanitizer, disinfect spray, and hand wipes available.
I ask that you please wash your hands before coming in the door. If you are sick, please stay at home.
And in this crazy time, we all need each other. Please reach out to just to say hi, or if you need anything, or if you have any extra toilet paper you want to share!

Several people have asked me what I am doing with all of this. I use my Neti pot daily. I also drink a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and a tablespoon of natural honey mixed in a bottle of water daily. I take Vitamin D, Turmeric, and am adding Vitamin C. I also drink tons of water and hot tea. I wash my hands all the time and a great tip if they start drying out is to put Vaseline all over them and wear a pair of thin gloves to bed—they’ll feel amazing the next morning. I am also affirming that my body is healthy and my organs function in accord to keep me well.
I am also thanking the universe for this extra time to clean and organize and enjoy some relaxing down time (I just finished my second book in three days).
I will continue to follow the State of Ohio guidelines and the CDC recommendations and keep you posted as things change.
Stay well, stay in touch, and hopefully I will see you soon!!!
