Yoga for Anxiety
Research shows the benefits of yoga in managing anxiety symptoms. Join Brooke, a mental health professional with 20 years experience, for this relaxed, gentle class. Utilizing her expertise in the mental health field and extensive spiritual and meditation training, Brooke offers a unique approach to dealing with stress and anxiety. Meditation, journaling, and Reiki will all be offered. No prior yoga experience needed. Please bring a journal.
Class is Wednesday at 10am. $12 for a drop in, or $55 for a five class pass, or $100 for 10.
