Being a teen in today's world is challenging! During this six week group, allow yourself to be immersed in self-care! Each week will have a different focus, including utilizing yoga for rest and relaxation, practicing mindfulness and meditation in making vision boards to focus on a positive future, and experiencing art activities to develop healthy coping. Along with these is discussion and processing, which develops positive relationships and connection with others.
