Join us for this fun, energizing dance class! Belly Dancing is excellent exercise, and wonderful for building body confidence!
Beginner: In this beginner class, you will learn the basics of movement, creating presence, the importance of the breath, and simple choreography. Please bring a scarf to wear around your hips.
Intermediate: In this intermediate class, you will build on the basics from the beginner class, learning layering, creating presence, and developing choreography. The opportunity to perform is an option for those interested.
