DESCRIPTION:Join us for a wonderful afternoon of relaxation with Restorative Yoga and Sound Bathing on Saturday\, July 1\, 2023\, from 2-5 pm! You will participate in four to six poses during this three-hour class\, and your body will be 100% supported\, allowing the muscles to release and stretch. Accompanied by the Sound Bath and Reiki\, your mind\, body\, and spirit are in for a self-care treat.
