She is a Case Western Reserve University graduate\, The University of Akron\, and Fellowships of the Spirit School of Healing and Prophecy. She is currently working on her doctorate in Mind-Body Medicine from Saybrook University\, with concentrations in coaching and creativity studies. \nBrooke retired in December 2019 after 20 years as a therapist\, to follow her passion and open her business. Brooke is an Advanced Heart-Centered Clinical Hypnotherapist\, Ordained Spiritualist Minister\, Spiritual Coach\, Reiki Master\, Psychic/Medium\, Registered Yoga Teacher\, Certified Laugh-A-Yoga Coach\, MARI Practitioner\, Artist\, and Belly Dancer. \nTroy Starkey \nTroy is the owner of Burlwood Sound and Wellness. Music and sound have always been his passion\, with the total number of concerts he’s attended easily into the hundreds. It was during the summer of ‘21 that Troy experienced how sound and music\, combined with guided meditation and the setting of an intention\, could help reduce stress and anxiety. He knew then that he had to learn how to help others achieve this relief. Since then\, Troy has become certified as a Yoga Nidra Practitioner\, a Practitioner of Vibrational Therapy\, a Sound Healing Practitioner\, and a Usui Reiki Level One. DESCRIPTION:Restorative Yoga and Sound Bath Experience\n\nJune 4 from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm\n\n\n\nJoin us for a wonderful afternoon of relaxation with Restorative Yoga and Sound Bathing on Sunday\, June 4\, 2023\, from 2 to 5 pm. You will participate in four to six poses during this three-hour class\, and your body will be 100% supported\, allowing the muscles to release and stretch. Accompanied by the Sound Bath and Reiki\, your body\, mind\, and spirit are in for a self-care treat. No prior yoga experience is needed. \nTime for sharing and a cup of tea is offered at the end of class. Limited to six participants. Must pre-register at 234-249-1601.
