Creative Journaling for Gratitude Workshop

Having a gratitude practice is scientifically proven to improve mental health and mood. Join Brooke for an evening of fun with a gratitude journaling workshop that will allow you to express yourself creatively, finding new and thoughtful ways to engage positive thoughts.

Currently pursuing her doctorate in mind-body medicine after a 20-plus-year career as a mental health therapist, Brooke is on a three-year gratitude practice streak. She loves sharing the connection of mind, body, and spirit, bringing in creativity and fun.
